With a 12 year distinguished career in healthcare, McLeroy previously served as the Vice President of Finance at Medical City Dallas.
While at Medical City Dallas, McLeroy held executive responsibility of multiple operations including finance, patient registration, revenue integrity, materials management, clinical resources, and asset management. She also maintained responsibility for the hospital’s budget process, ongoing financial analysis and staff productivity. Added to her list of accomplishments is the co-authoring of the book, Preventing Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infections: Build an Evidence-Based Program to Improve Patient Outcome. The publication focuses on the importance of reducing hospital acquired conditions.
A native Texan, McLeroy received an MBA with an emphasis in healthcare from Texas Woman’s University, and has lived in the Plano vicinity for four years.
